The club channel doesn't operate like traditional retail. Fewer SKUs. Continued Product Movement. High traffic. And only seconds to capture attention.
Most brands show up with the right product, the right price, and the right strategy and still leave performance on the table. The difference? Understanding the environment you're actually selling in and how to make your brands stand out.
In this session, we sit down with Dominique Adomatis, Senior Director of Global Club Channel at Mammoth Brands, for a candid, practitioner-led conversation on what it actually takes to win in club retail. Dominique has seen firsthand how the right packaging and placement decisions, designed with the club environment in mind, can dramatically move the needle on sales performance.
Through a live walkthrough featuring real in-store examples, we'll break down how visibility, packaging, and placement decisions translate directly to results on the floor.
What You'll Learn:
- Why the "5 by 5 rule" matters in high-traffic club environments
- How packaging design and color strategy can be the difference between getting noticed and getting passed
- What placement signals (shelf vs. pallet) reveal about retailer confidence in your brand
- How to diagnose whether performance gaps are execution issues or demand issues
- How leading teams use in-store data to validate, troubleshoot, and continuously improve their offerings

Guest Speaker: Dominique Adomatis
Dominique Adomatis, Sr. Director, Global Club Channel at Mammoth Brands, has spent over a decade at the intersection of club retail strategy, brand growth, and in-club execution. As Senior Director of Global Club Channel at Mammoth Brands, she leads end-to-end strategy and execution for a portfolio of category-defining health and beauty brands — including Harry's, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando — across the world's largest club retailers, including Costco Global, Sam's Club, and BJ's Wholesale
With a career spanning industry leaders like Bayer and Nestlé Purina, and an MBA with an eCommerce emphasis from SMU, Dominique brings a genuinely 360° view of what it takes to win in club. Her experience leading both Amazon 1P and 3P strategy gave her an early and unique lens on how digital shelf dynamics, assortment decisions, and visibility principles translate directly to the physical environment — and a deep understanding of how to win the same member across both channels. It's a perspective that continues to shape how she approaches packaging, placement, and performance in club retail today.
